One team. Projects across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.

BlackGust is the international brand of the AI integrator AISolution. We build an operating brain for large organizations on top of the systems they already run, so that every detail is visible and the organization can scale without losing control. Headquartered in Tashkent, we take on projects in Europe, North and South America, China, Japan, Korea and Australia.

Why we exist

Large organizations deserve tools that understand their language and their processes

Large companies and public bodies are sold AI products that stop at a chat window: no access to their ERP and accounting, no regard for local data rules, and no one accountable for the result.

We work the other way round. We start from a specific organization's processes, connect to its systems, and account for its language and regulation. Then we stay until the solution is part of how the work gets done.

Our mission

What an operating brain means

Not another system to migrate to. A layer above the systems you already run: it reads them, links what they know into one model of the organization, and lets AI agents work on that model under human control.

See

One model of the organization: counterparties, contracts, invoices, payments, people, deadlines. Every number links back to its source.

Act

AI agents find, calculate, draft and route work inside your processes, within each user's permissions.

Control

Deviations surface on their own. Costly or legally binding steps wait for a human decision.

Scale

Each new process plugs into the model that already exists, so growth doesn't mean losing sight of the detail.

Principles

How we make decisions

Six rules that shape what we sell, what we build and what we turn down.

Outcomes

We measure, we don't promise

Every project starts with baseline metrics and ends with a comparison. If there's no impact, we say so.

Presence

We work next to the client

Engineers on site understand a process better than any brief.

Control

Accountability stays with people

AI speeds up the work but doesn't make decisions where mistakes are costly.

Candor

We say no

We turn down projects where AI won't pay back, and we're upfront about the technology's limits.

Openness

No lock-in

Models can be swapped, configuration is yours, and the data stays where your policy says it stays.

Continuity

One person end to end

The lead engineer who runs the diagnostic builds the pilot and stays through launch. Nobody re-explains the problem.

How we work across regions

One headquarters. Seven markets. Engineers who travel.

We have one office, in Tashkent. We don't run sales offices abroad; instead our engineers come to you for the phases where presence matters, and the rest of the work runs remotely on a schedule built around your time zone.

Headquarters · UTC+5

Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Engineering, delivery and the platform team. Our only office. Meetings by appointment.

Europe · UTC+0 to +2

Europe

Office hours overlap most of the European working day. We design to support compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Americas · UTC−3 to −8

North America

Calls scheduled in your business hours. Sector rules such as CCPA/CPRA and HIPAA-style requirements shape the deployment.

Americas · UTC−3 to −5

Latin America

Work in Spanish and Portuguese interfaces. We design to support compliance with Brazil's LGPD and local data rules.

Asia-Pacific · UTC+8

China

Afternoon overlap with Tashkent. Local models and in-country deployment where PIPL and data-export rules require it.

Asia-Pacific · UTC+9

Japan

Japanese interface and documents. We design to support compliance with APPI.

Asia-Pacific · UTC+9

Korea

Korean interface and documents. We design to support compliance with PIPA.

Asia-Pacific · UTC+10

Australia

Morning-to-afternoon overlap. We design to support compliance with the Australian Privacy Act.

On site or remote: how a typical engagement splits

Typical split; the dated plan, including travel, is fixed at the end of the diagnostic. Air-gapped and on-premises projects need more time on site.

Timeline

From Tashkent to an international practice

A short history, in the order it happened. We only list what we can stand behind.

  1. Origins

    AISolution founded in Tashkent

An AI integrator for large and mid-sized companies and government organizations: consult leadership on where AI pays off, then build on the client's existing systems.

  2. Track record

Enterprise and government projects in Uzbekistan

Projects on accounting, ERP, CRM, documents and telephony. Its own Uzbek speech recognition and synthesis. AISolution becomes an OpenAI Select Partner.

  3. 2026

BlackGust launched for the international market

The same team, platform and method, offered to clients in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, with prices in USD or EUR.

  4. Since the start of 2026

    6 projects delivered

Each one measured against the baseline taken in its diagnostic.

  5. By the end of 2026 · goal

    50 engineers through our bootcamp

Growing delivery capacity by training forward-deployed engineers ourselves, on real tasks.

Team

25 specialists. Three disciplines.

A team, not a reseller. Everyone who works on your project is on our staff or held to our standards under our contract.

Engineers

Build and integrate

Forward-deployed, backend, data and ML engineers, including speech and text. They connect your systems, configure agents and write integrations.

Analysts

Understand and measure

Process and data analysts. They interview the people doing the work, take baseline metrics and estimate impact.

Project leads

Plan and deliver

Project managers with an engineering background. They hold the plan, run weekly demos and organize phase-by-phase acceptance.

Engineering culture

The standards every project ships with

Not a slide of values. These are the rules our engineers follow on every engagement, whatever the package.

  1. Baseline before build

We measure the process before we touch it, so the result can be compared, not argued about.

  2. Reference tests on every release

A set of control questions runs before every agent update. A drop in quality blocks the release; errors we find become new tests.

  3. Every answer cites its source

Numbers and conclusions link back to the system and record they came from, so anyone can check them.

  4. Least privilege

Agents see only agreed sources and act within each user's permissions. Every data access is logged.

  5. Human approval where it counts

Changing data, sending documents outside and legally binding actions wait for a person.

  6. Weekly demos

During the pilot you see working software every week, on your data, not status reports.

  7. Documentation and handover

Procedures, configuration access and training for your engineers, so you can change agent instructions yourselves.

Responsible AI

Our commitments on how AI is used

Large organizations and public bodies answer to boards, regulators and citizens. These commitments hold in every deployment option.

01

People stay accountable

AI drafts, checks and proposes. Signatures, resolutions and legally binding actions stay with the responsible person.

02

Traceable answers

Every answer links to its source. Every agent action is written to the audit log.

03

Your data doesn't train models

Cloud models are used through enterprise APIs that don't train on customer data. Local models run inside your infrastructure.

04

Data stays where you decide

BlackGust Cloud in your region, private cloud, on-premises or air-gapped. The functionality is the same.

05

Regulation by design

We design to support compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act, PIPL, APPI, PIPA, LGPD, the Australian Privacy Act and CCPA/CPRA.

06

Honest limits

We say where AI is unreliable and keep it out of decisions where a mistake is costly.

What we sell

Not a license, not hours. A solution people use every day, measured against where you started.

Built by AISolution

BlackGust is the international brand of AISolution, an AI integrator founded in Tashkent. AISolution runs projects for enterprise and government clients in Uzbekistan; BlackGust takes the same team, platform and method to Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Partnerships

Technology partners

We use the best available models and tools, and we never lock a client into a single vendor: frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and sovereign local models where data must not leave your perimeter.

Status

OpenAI Select Partner

AISolution is an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network.

Partner network

Engineering partner teams

For standard small-business solutions we work with partners held to our standards. The contract and accountability stay with us.

Careers

Forward-deployed engineer bootcamp

We train engineers who can both understand a client's process and build the solution with their own hands. Our goal is 50 trained engineers by the end of 2026.

Who we're looking for

  • Backend developers: Python, PostgreSQL, integrations
  • Data engineers and analysts
  • ML engineers with speech and text experience
  • Project managers with an engineering background

What we teach

  • Designing and evaluating AI agents
  • Integrating with enterprise systems
  • Working with clients on site
  • Security and work in closed environments

Why a bootcamp

A forward-deployed engineer is a rare mix: half engineer, half analyst, comfortable in a client's meeting room and in a closed network. The market doesn't supply enough of them, so we train them. The bootcamp is how we plan to grow without lowering the bar for anyone who goes on site.
